Question / Help OBS disconnecting every minute, impossible to stream

I did not have it there one week. Since I get disconnected by obs signanlant a connection error in the logs. I do not understand. Can you help me ?

And your internet connection is too slow for streaming it. So you really have two problems: your CPU and your internet. What internet speed are you supposed to be getting?
