Question / Help OBS Disconnecting and lots of dropped frames.

Up until about 4 hours ago, I had no problems streaming and whatnot. Was playing some Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn like usual when my OBS disconnected. Ever since it disconnected, I have been at a Red upload and dropping a lot of frames, basically unstreamable. I let it run for a bit and it will go anywhere from 1000kb/s to 0, sit at 0 then finally disconnect.

I tried various different things like changing bitrates and different Twitch servers but nothing is working. Also, Twitch tells me on it's Stream Configuration Quality Details:
The broadcast is not set to constant bitrate (CBR). [Current average: 1653 kbps, current max: 3605.0 kbps], which the option is on, so not sure why it would be telling me this.
