OBS Disconnect my internet.

Hi
I stream with obs since 2015 and i never seen this problem.
Its really simple to explain.
When obs app is open, my internet is off.
I don't launch a stream. i juste open obs and bye-bye internet.

I have 1Gb internet, no problem before today. i have stream yesterday, and no problem.
I have restart my computer.
Check update of windows
i have reinstall obs
And you want a joke? i have no problem with Streamlab...

ps: i'm french sorry for my english
ps2: i can make a vidéo of the problem if u want

I stream on wifi since 2015, i have this problem only with obs studio since today. i can stream with stream lab and obs classic. wifi is not the problem,
 
Or if obs studio have a problem with my wifi, that not come from the stability of the wifi.
OBS is juste open, i have not launch stream when the internet is disconect
