OBS disconencts and won’t reconnect unless I restart OBS

Hello. My OBS has started disconnecting randomly when I stream. It won’t reconnect on it’s own and will only let me restart the stream if I close OBS and then reopen it. I thought at first it was a bitrate issue, so I lowered that but it still crashes.
 
Here are all the logs from yesterday and the 28th when I tried to stream.

I did this. It still disconnected, it did reconnect this time but not fast enough that to keep my stream from saying I went completely offline
 
If you want that to happen, you have to turn on disconnect protection on Twitch, this gives you a short while to reconnect before they end the stream.
