as the title said: it worked perfectly for months with no issue and now it isn't working :(
The preview window is completely black for display capture (I even tried downloading OBS classic and it is doing the same thing).
nothing has really changed except I updated my graphics drivers (and a dell technician remote accessed my laptop to try and check my Ram). since then it doesn't work.
I have re-installed it. updated it. set it to run as admin. changed it to recommended settings for recording. updated my graphics drivers. now I'm at a loss. i'm not technically minded so I have no idea what to do.
please help. also, I don't know how to upload the log file :(
