OBS did not shut down properly

every single time I go to start Stream Elements i get this message. i click run normally, then it only brings up the top menu bar and nothing else. so then i have to close out and restart Stream Elements. was wondering if there is a fix. see the crash report, its the latest one.

The error told me to come here, not to stream Elements. Would be nice to get some help.
