OBS Device Remove/Reset help

Playing apex while recording would often crash the game and obs. I always get the Device Remove/Reset even after I undid my undervolt and reinstalled my graphics drivers using ddu. I've looked into the log files and I got some weird errors besides the device remove/reset, can anyone tell me what the errors like d3d11 capture freed mean?

Device remove/reset is a sign of unstable hardware. If your software is ok (correct and most recent driver), it's a hardware issue. If it is a hardware issue, only a hardware change can fix this. Hardware includes things like valid power supply and proper cooling, as well as mainboard compatibility of course.
