I have this issue like 3 months now. OBS detected desktop audio but cannot record it. I tried some common solutions like selecting desktop audio track and mic track to the same track 1 and it didn't work. I also tried to set audio 1 to default and audio 2 to a correct device and it worked for a while like maybe 1 to 2 days and then it happens again. I did it again and again and it loops all over and over. I reinstalled OBS and it also only work for a week. Plus I tried to use VLC player it didn't fix the issue. Just so you know my video format is mkv i tried to change to others like mp4 it didn't change anything. Are there anymore solutions to this issue?
