Question / Help OBS desync in audio and webcam

Okay, I have read all over the forums and cant find anything that helps me fix my problem. I stream call of duty using a ELGATO and also use a WEBCAM and BLUE SNOWBALL. All of a sudden out of know where the webcam and mic started to go out of sink one day while i was streaming about 30 mins into streaming. As of right now the ELGATO is at 0 in the user buffering. My audio settings are set at 1400 same with my webcam video. Yes i have read about disabling the audio and put the audio in the webcam settings under properties. They all say to put the webcam and audio at 0 well how am i post to do tht when the elgato already has a delay its self. Can anyone help plz!!! iv been sitting on my computer for 3 days straight trying to figure this out
