Question / Help OBS Desktop Audio problem with new windows 10 laptop

Everything works with obs and my new laptop except it is not picking up desktop audio. Please help.

Is the correct device selected in Settings > Audio?
Do you see the audio levels in OBS moving? If yes, try playing the file back in VLC - http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
