Bug Report OBS deleted FTL save file

So, I started playing FTL today, and since I had a really good run with Slug A (chain vulcan, flak 2, max shields, etc.), I decided to record the flagship fight. However, when I tried to capture FTL with game capture, it crashed. I tried this a total of three times before realizing that my save file wasn't there anymore! However, the achievements I got on the run were still there. I was using OBS studio 32 bit when this occurred.

OBS is incapable of modifying any files from another program. It wasn't OBS that deleted the save file.

Well, the file vanished, and it did so right after FTL crashed right after I tried to capture it with OBS, so that seems way too related to be a coincidence.

It's very possible the crash corrupted the file, but that's not really OBS's fault. Crashes when trying to capture games are usually driver related.

OBS cannot delete your save, period.
