Multi adapter compatibility is in the properties of the game capture source.
At one point previously you turned it on, as it's NOT the default.

DO NOT use it.

ah thank you i found it. i will test it out and get back with the results. thank you for all your help. so no multi adapter and no capture card.but see i thought maybe the capture card took the load off the pc, kinda like taking the info compressing it to something more manageable and then sending it back to the pc with the smaller size. i guess that's how i looked at it.

I also have checked in the properties of that is capture cursor and use anti-cheat compatibility hook. do i need the anti cheat thing? checked off? i also have the force scaling at 1280X720

anti-cheat is enabled by default and is fine to leave on.
Force scaling is rarely if ever necessary, uncheck that.

How does this look? and when my obs is running in the corner it never uses more than 12% of my cpu. isn't that a good thing? or is there some where else i should be looking at to see where the true impact is?

The latter half of it where the capturing is using shared texture capture is looking better overall.

Does anything in this obs log look funny to u? i play a game called csgo. they have this site called esea where u can pay monthly feels to pay in their 128 tick server as opposed to the free 64 tick servers that csgo provides. now when i stream in esea i get these times where my ms or "ping" shoots up for 3-5 seconds. i'll be at 38 latency then all of a sudden i look back and all of a sudden i'm at 127 ping for a few seconds then it comes back down for a while. i grabbed a quick snippet for u to see along with the obs log. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/127129719 that should give you a better picture. now when i'm in regular csgo games and not esea but ms stays in rang of 37-40. it never fluctuates at all. especially not like that. may it be the bitrate or something i'm having problems with? i have it around 2700. here's the log.

again, anything helps. and as always, thanks for taking the time to read!
