Bug Report OBS Cutting off all forms of audio

When I start up OBS its fine at first, but after a short period of time I start to experience audio cutting off completely, in game audio cuts off, stream audio cuts off and video becomes horribly choppy, OBS starts to freeze up, and my headset stops picking up sounds completely until I disable and enable it once again.
