Bug Report OBS crushing image ...

Hey all. Just finished my 2 pc streaming/recording setup, and found this annoying bug -
No matter what settings I'm using (Color - NV12/I402/I444, Space - 709/601, Range is Partial/full) I've got the same result - it is heavily crushing image on lower 1/4 of screen (monitor is 3440x1440 100hz). It is less visible on gaming, and much more at the text. Here is some examples...

Cant solve this problem on my own, and need help here :(

P.S. Recording settings - NVENC CBR 100Mb, Keyframe 2sec, Preset is High quality, Profile - High, level auto. B-frames - 2.

Bump, still need help guys. it is drives me crazy :(

It's seems like lower part of the screen have just 1Mbs bitrate, when other part is as should be 100Mbs. How can it be?

It appears everyone recording at native 3440x1440 using OBS studio has this issue as well including me, so it has to be a bug, not a wrong setting somewhere.

The only thing that fixes it is using the RGB color format, but that's totally impractical.

Sadly this resolution is not very popular, which is probably it's gone unnoticed.
