I was configuring OBS and started a stream, but it froze. After rebooting my PC, my screen settings got messed up. The brightness increased, the background image on the lock screen stopped being blurred even though the blur option is enabled, and the night mode stopped working. It turns on and shows that it's enabled, but nothing happens.What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

What you describe matches a graphics driver crash or even a permanent GPU failure. In this case, OBS is just a victim of this failure, not the reason.
