Question / Help OBS crashing

I've reinstalled the software three times and it continues to crash after launching. I've reinstalled the firmware for the capture card because that's where it seemed to get stuck and then crash. It was working fine Thursday but now it won't open without crashing. Can anyone help?

It's the elgato software itself that is causing the crash.

Now it's not crashing.Updating the software and firmware for Elgato now doesn't show any input. This is my first issue with the capture card. Thanks for the help Harold.

Remove and re-add the source.
Make sure you only have ONE source per scene COLLECTION capturing the elgato.

Still didn't work. Even if I open the Elgato capture software, the Elgato doesn't show up. I'm thinking it's a capture card issue.
