Question / Help OBS Crashing

I should also mention that my computer would never crash until I started using OBS to live stream again. I'm sure OBS is causing the issue.

This is a known problem with Ryzen CPUs which can only be fixed by installing the latest BIOS/UEFI for your motherboard.

OBS is not causing it, it's just providing an actual load to your CPU to expose the problem.

First off, I really appreciate the reply. When overclocking my CPU, I put it through hours upon hours of stress tests to ensure my settings were stable. I've kept the same settings for some time now. Now that I wanted to get back into streaming, OBS started to crash, which in turn, started to crash my PC. All my drivers for all my devices are updated including the latest BIOS/UEFI. Could the problem lie somewhere deeper?

Everything was butter smooth yesterday, I've recorded over 3 hours of content. Today -- 3 crashes after something like 5 minutes. Same game, same settings, same everything. Both CPU and RAM are NOT overclocked, it's certainly not about stability. Logs looks pretty same as TC's to what I can see. update: my PC didn't crash by the way. Only OBS itself so I kept playing and didn't even noticed it. Same happened 3 times, trying to replicate issue now, Running in the same place with same load (Destiny 2 tower), cpu at 50%...
