Bug Report OBS Crashing

I didn't start experiencing this issue until just recently. Originally OBS would run for ~1-3 minutes and then it would crash, however, it will now almost immediately crash upon the start of the streaming session. I can post my settings and system specs if it will make a difference, as well as the crash log. It should be noted i stream using Twitch.tv

Computer Specs:
-8Gigs DDR3 RAM
-Windows 7 64-bit OS
-Intel i7-3610QM Processor ("8" cores @ 2.30 GHz)
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M graphics card

Network Specs:
-Average download speed: 50 MB per second
-Average upload speed: 11 MB per second

OBS Settings:
-Encoding: Using CBR, Quality balance locked at 10, max bitrate set at 5000kb/s, not using custom buffer size.
-Video: Using GTX660M, Using custom base resolution due to the fact that i am doing a game capture as opposed to monitor (set to 1920 by 1080), Downscaled to 1280 by 720, filter used is "Bicubic Sharper", FPS is set to 60. Disable Aero at startup is NOT selected.
-Advanced: Only selected option is "Use Multithreaded Optimizations", priority is set to above normal, acene buffering time is the default 400 ms, x264 CPU preset is on the standard "very fast". All other options are either the default or have not been selected.

I am using the Software Capture option as my source, using it to capture a window as opposed to a monitor. All other aspects of that setting have been untouched.

It should also be noted that when i tried to use the "preview stream" option most recently it was telling me i was using outrageous amounts of bandwidth (upwards of 7000) and upon trying to actually stream it immediately dropped a huger number of frames when i had the game window selected and then upon alt tabbing to OBS settings (which i had an eye on anyway due to using a second monitor) it jumped back up to what i can usually stream at and then crashed. The crash log is included as an attachment. When i tried to include the .dmp file however it repeatedly told me that .dmp extensions were not allowed.

Can you try enabling CFR (Settings > Advanced > 'Use CFR' under Video) and let us know if that fixes your issue?

Furthermore, Twitch considers any average bitrates presenting over 4,000 to be an abuse of the system and they have discussed banning users that do so in the past. It is not recommended setting your bitrate higher than 3500. 1) Your stream is still going to look great, especially when downscaled to 720p. 2) If you're not partnered with Twitch, then each of your viewers will need to be able to sustain a 5k download in order to watch your stream lag-free. The average download speed across the country was averaged by Netflix at slightly over 2k, but 3k generally works for 90%+ of the stream viewing population.

You should also not run FRAPS at the same time as OBS. Using the 64 bit build of OBS may solve your crashing issues.

So the crashing is no longer a problem, however with the new settings suggested i have started experiencing the same problem i had initially trying to stream. The issue is whenever i have the game selected and am playing it drops an absurd amount of frames. However, when i have alt-tabbed to any other window the frame rate is 60, the stream runs fine, and no frames are dropped. I would do a monitor capture rather than a software capture to solve this issue, but then i am for some reason (I'm assuming its hardware oriented) unable to get more than 20-22 frames per second.
