Question / Help Obs Crashing

been streaming a lot lately but for the last 2 days I turn on the stream and it crashes or says it isnt streaming when it should be. Response would be appreciated.

Your FPS is set to 2, OBS is probably timing out waiting for the frame buffer to flush at such a low FPS.
