Question / Help OBS "crashing", Won't stop streaming, and "not responding" on closing

So I've run into a new issue out of the blue when streaming. Randomly, without indication my stream will just stop well... streaming, I'm still streaming but my color indicator is flashing between yellow and red and I'm dropping frames out the wazoo. My internet is fine though (I checked while the problem was occurring.) Then when I hit "Stop streaming" and "stop recording" the recording stops right away but stop streaming changes to "stopping stream" and doesn't advance further than that. Upon trying to close the program it freezes and becomes "Not responding" and I have to manually end task. The not responding even occurs when I just load up OBS and then close it, however, after a few seconds it does close normally. Any solutions?

I'll attach a log file for when it happened. I was only a few minutes into the stream today when it occurred, however it happened earlier this week over an hour into the cast.
