Hi never had this issue before: just turned on OBS for the first time in a while and got an update so am now using v0.634b. I did my usual set up to capture my PS3 which worked fine, but when starting the game ('Driver PS1' on my PS3) OBS crashes, seems like its when the PS3 does that start up flash thing when starting games. here is the error report:

http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\program files (x86)\obs\plugins\dshowplugin.dll' module.

Having done much testing today, I have found that when I try to capture any source on Elgato HD capture card with composite output then I get the same crash in OBS. Consoles I have tested are PS2, sega mega drive, N64, PS3 using composite out. I'm guessing I get the same crash when running a PS1 game using PS3 component out as the system is switching to an older output (its fine if I run a PS3 disk) and this is causing my crash in OBS.

If anyone can tell me how to roll back to the older version OBS? would be much appreciated

Thanks, Jack

Jack, please come by chat some time if you have time. I'll take a look at it. Slightly frustrating if this happened despite all the testing. I'll give you some builds to try to hopefully try to debug the issue and then patch it.
