Question / Help OBS Crashing with AMD Encoder???? repost

SO yeah this has been happening for a while and I can't seem to fix this, it just doesn't want to record with this encoder, whenever I switch back to encoder x264, it records perfect....
I've updated to the latest GPU drivers, even microsoft visual 2015, I don't know what is wrong honesty, I could use some actual help here
