Bug Report OBS crashing while using webcam.

Everything was working fine till today - I've unplugged my webcam (Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD) while I was cleaning my PC. After that OBS crashes as soon as I try to turn the webcam on.

I'm getting following crash report:

I've also managed to screenshot a cmd that pop around half a second before the crash and closes just after that.

Things I've tried so far:
Uninstaling the webcam software using windows "uninstal the program" and installing it again
Uninstaling the webcam drivers using device menager and reinstalling

Anyone knows how to fix it? Or at least what is causing that? The dll seems to be right even tho it causes the crash?

Unfortunately the crash shows your webcam is causing it.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\program files\microsoft lifecam\drivercomponents\cinvpu.dll' module.

Make sure your drivers are up to date.

I had problems with the latest driver for Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD and had to roll back to 3.60.250.0. The latest driver crashes another commercial program I was trying to use and the only solution I could find was rolling back to an earlier driver version. So far, I haven't had problems with OBS, Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD and driver 3.60.250.0. Windows 8.1 as a reference.
