Question / Help OBS Crashing while streaming - PLEASE Help

I try to stream with OBS, I have 4 upload speed, a laptop with an i7 processor 16 GB ram and a good graphics card. For some reason after at least 20 minutes of streaming OBS with randomly disconnect after frames began to be dropped then reconnect within 10 seconds. I need help I just want to be able to stream for hours without issues!
