Question / Help Obs crashing when streaming/alt tabbing in/out of League?

Yo guys! Been having crashes recently when i alt tab in and out of League of Legends when i stream.
Only just started recently AFTER reinstalling Windows on my pc. Could it have anything to do with that?

Looks like some d3d9 error in the logs. What does it mean? :>
