Bug Report OBS Crashing when Stream starts

Hello,
So my OBS is crashing whenever I click start stream or start record. It gives me an error that I can post here. https://pastebin.com/L9d6CY42
I have updated my GPU. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it/updated it. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone please help? Thank you so much!!
 
Are you using NVENC encoder? You may try DDU tool to uninstall the video driver and reinstall it again. Maybe you need to change the video driver (sometimes downgrade can help).

Everytime I use NVENC, it crashes. I already did use DDU to do a clean uninstall for my video driver and still nothing worked.
