Question / Help OBS crashing when setting up a source or trying to do anything at all

My OBS freezes up every time I try to set up a new source in a scene, or when I'm just trying to access anything. it doesn't show up in the crash log but I have the Log file included (after it crashing at least 14 times trying to get it)

Downgrade to the last of 22.0 is the only thing that fixed my problem. Something about 23.1 that causes my sources to just lag out obs. It starts again 15 seconds later. But if I touch sources or move them on the screen. Froze. Long time user, no answer.

Where's the crash log?
If you're not getting a "Whoops OBS has Crashed" screen, it's not a crash.

I did say it kept freezing, in the end i said crash but its pretyt much a crash

Except without the whoops obs has crashed screen it's not actually a crash.
