Question / Help OBS crashing very often

Hi,

Every time I stream, after a little while, my computer will freeze for a few seconds then OBS will crash with an error like this popping up;

I still haven't figured out what's causing it. Any help much appreciated.

Your GPU or drivers are unstable. Try removing any overclocks, and disable opencl if you're using it.

I did not overclock my GPU. Someone did tell me to opencl=true - and now that I think of it, the crashes started happening afterwards. I've unchecked it for now and will let you know if that fixes it.
