OBS Crashing randomly when streaming

OBS crashes for me and locks my computer at random times. Whether I leave it open for a bit and then go to click anything, crash. When I'm streaming if I go to open the window to look at something, crash. It's not all the time but frequent enough to where it's bothersome.

Here's my last crash report if anyone can give me some insight. This is the first time I have posted here so I hope I got the link right.
