Obs crashing pc

I can load obs on my main monitor fine and do everything perfectly but as soon as I drag obs to my second monitor My entire pc crashes and gives me a blue screen
 
Without any of the following, System specs / Crash Logs / BSOD dump file?
Hard to diagnose or suggest solutions when you're providing nothing.

Only thing I remember OBS causing Blue screens is on older systems where they had HAGS turned ON

You could try the following
In windows go Search: Graphic Settings
Press enter
In graphics settings turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling
