Question / Help OBS crashing on startup

I have tried uninstalling and deleting all associated files, doing a full fresh install, restarted PC and still every time I try to open OBS it crashes. Was working fine yesterday but today it is not.

Edit: adding corresponding log file.

Got it fixed, dunno what the actual issue was, but I uninstalled, deleted all files, again, and then I also cleared all registry values for OBS before doing a fresh install and it launched properly

bump issue is still happening and each time the only thing that fixes it is uninstalling and clearing the registry of OBS then fresh installing.

Barely anyone is going to go further then page 2 or 3 on the forum, so unless you bump the thread noone is going to be replying.
But regarding your crash, try reinstalling the latest NVIDIA drivers.

Gave your idea a try though I doubted it would work and still crashing. Still having to do the above mentioned uninstall, registry clean, reinstall every single time it crashes just to be able to use it again.

32 works, but I should be able to use 64 and I shouldn't have to clean my registry of OBS after uninstalling it and then reinstall it every time 64 decides to crash.

Your 64-bit video drivers are bad. Either the drivers bad itself or system corrupted in some way. Two ways to solve the problem you can try:
  • Use DDU tool to uninstall the video driver then reinstall it again;
  • Software update/downgrade (sometimes old drivers, that were shipped with the PC, is more stable than current or beta one), this includes firmware updates if any.
