OBS Crashing on Startup

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling.
I have tried to download transition2.5.2 and spectralizer v134.
I have tried updating my windows 10 to the most recent version.
No firewall to block this.

Attached you will find the crash log.

I would appreciate some help.
