OBS crashing on startup

When I open OBS, it instantly comes up with a crash popup alongside OBS? I can still change settings and stuff after this popup has appeared, but when I go to stream or record it instantly closes itself. It's only been happening since I updated to the most recent version.
I was able to record once since updating, but the audio and video was very jittery

Looks like it's crashing in VideoCaptureApi.dll which is part of the Elgato driver, check its up to date.
