OBS Crashing on MacBook m2

OBS crashes each time I close it, and then won't let me open "filters" on anything right after.
So, I have to quickly open and close it, and then open it again to stream.
Yesterday it crashed when I changed scenes during a stream, which is new.
Can anyone help me out?

Also I am trying to find my Log Files, and my Plugins...

They are not shown here: ~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio
I think they are here, but I cant find this path in my Finder: /Users/~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins


They seem to be different folders...


I can get to this fold THROUGH OBS Help and clicking "show log", which is what I used to post it below, but I can't navigate to it to find it in Finder.


Does anyone know how to find this path in Finder?
 And how to stop my OBS from crashing?
