OBS crashing on close; desktop audio in global audio resetting

Hello! I have been trying to troubleshoot this for a bit and decided to post and see if anyone sees anything glooming.

I know anything related to the plugins like streamelements etc are to go to their support. from a surface level, all their stuff seems to function, but I am unaware if any of that is causing these issues for OBS main.

Everytime I startup then close OBS over the last 2 weeks, it shows the "oops something went wrong" message and needs to start in safe mode next open. Nothing seems to be broken, and everything works as intended even with this occurring. this seems to have started with the most recent OBS update, I was using streamelements multi-stream prior to this OBS update with no issues.

I also noticed now that my desktop audio in Global Audio Settings is updating to a "[Device not connected or not available]", and I can change it back to "Disabled" but when I close OBS and reopen, it reverts back to "[Device not connected or not available]".

Hoping sharing my log might help pinpoint what in my setup is causing the oops message at close, safe mode on reopen and potentially the desktop audio revert thing that's occuring.

Any insight is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Yea I do see that running in safe mode yields no issues. I assume it must be a conflict with streamelements and the new updated OBS (even though on their site they now recommend 31 release) as it was working prior to the OBS update and there's not been an update from Streamelements yet.

Is there an easy way to "export" or save all my scenes/sources while doing a completely fresh install of OBS to purge all plugin files out and I add back in plugins 1 by 1? I worry about losing my scenes and sources I've created when doing a fresh install of OBS but have added and removed plugins overtime and not sure if all files were successfully removed from OBS when removing a plugin.

Or rather - Purge all plugin files from my OBS installation? might be better than fresh install of OBS so I don't have to setup the stream info and settings and all that.
