According to this you may be running Windows 32-bit?

The location of the file KernelBase.dll differs in each system based on the architecture. If it is 64-bit Windows OS, then the KernelBase.dll file is located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64. If it is 32-bit OS, then KernelBase.dll file is located in C:\Windows\System32.

So it crashed, but it didn't give me a crash report; it just closed, and when I reopened it, it said OBS was already open, and there were two options: run in safe mode and run normally, and when I went to Task Manager, it said OBS was running in the background.

Restart your PC.
I did and it gave me this error

"OBS is already running! Unless you meant to do this, please shut down any existing instances of OBS before trying to run a new instance. If you have OBS set to minimize to the system tray, please check to see if it's still running there."

Options:
Launch anyway
Or
Cancel

I don't see an option to run OBS on Windows start up.

If you restart your PC (not Shut Down) the Kernel will be restarted & OBS should not be running on restart. You may want to try unplugging the PC or shutting off the PSU for at least 30 seconds to reset the entire system.

Alright so when I open chrome with the OBS NDI plugin installed and OBS Open OBS Doesn't crash it just closes and stays open in the background but when I uninstall the OBS NDI Plugin and Open Chrome with OBS Running OBS stays open...

Cool, crash fixed. Make sure you installed the correct version for v30.

I don't use NDI anymore so hopefully somebody that does can help you further. Start a thread in the plugin forum too.

If all else fails, try OBS 29.1.3 with the correct NDI Plug in for it.
