OBS crashing (not opening) after update 27.2.3

Dear OBS users,

Been having a problem with my obs app.
Right now i have version 26.1.1 64-bit running on my windows 10 laptop.
But when i execute the latest update it won't open at all. It just keeps prompting a crash message.

Therefore I'm requesting your assistants with this little problem.
