OBS Crashing more and more since two weeks. Now non-stop

First I cleaned the system and went to new place / new connection with wifi.
computer started to work faster but OBS crashed. Never during streaming. Just when adding a new scene / camera / window. All the time.
I reinstalled OBS, moved few times scenes catalogue, reinstalled Cataling to Big Sure.
Used help tp send reports, but no report as no stream.
changed stream settings to low resolution, low audio, 250k max tried both hardware and soft acceleration.
now it keeps restaring when even clicking scene. It crashed around 1000 times last 3 days. I am patient.
Before when I added window or camera I could click some options 2-3 times and bac, sometimes wokring.
Nw crashing everytime adter fresh install.

Segmentation fault: 11
