OBS Crashing Mid Stream

Of course im trying to find a fix for my issue. OBS just quit mid stream and if im streaming in OBS and pull up Twitch in chrome or FireFox the tab in which my stream is playing crashes or will show and error 3000 in the player.

The vertical canvas or aitum is causing the crash. Make sure is updated and compatible with the version of OBS you're using.
