OBS crashing mid stream on Windows 11

Hello I have been running OBS on windows 11 with no issues in the past, stopped streaming for some time and now OBS always crashes when streaming sometimes it will crash in 10 minutes sometimes 40 minutes to an hour i have uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it and the problem persists.

I have attached the LOG file from my OBS any help is appreciated

1. Contact StreamElements to resolve all their errors in your log.
2. Do all the things in the link below, including running OBS as Admin and using a wired connection. If still having issues, post a new log.
