Bug Report OBS crashing mid-stream | 0x887a0005

Every now and then, my entire computer freezes and after a few stutters, OBS releases this message:

Error: Texture->Map failed: 0x887a0005

Is this related to my hardware or is it a fault on OBS' end? I'm figuring it might be my Video Card restarting/dying because it can't handle certain overclocks?

The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred.

Definitely sounds like faulty hardware or a bad overclock.

It's probably a voltage problem. Whenever I run any stress testing software for my GPU, it seems to work fine. If I load into games, problems seem to occur.
