OBS Crashing..Huge Help Needed

Hello, I am a content creator for my full time job.

I am having two issues with OBS.

The first is all this sudden my stream disconnects from OBS even though, nothing is frozen on my end, and the start streaming bar is highlighted as if I was streaming. The only way to fix it is to force quit, and start streaming so I can resume the session. Secondly I am now having crashes with attached crash log..

Any help.. Ive switched out my 3080, all my ram sticks, and put a new motherboard in..

Can you please post a log file. Look in Help menu. Remember to restart OBS, do a test stream/recording of about 30 seconds or more and then upload and copy the link in here. And click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

I believe I posted the log above, where can I analize this?
 
Check all (means all) the plugins you installed in OBS if they are updated and are compatible with latest versions of OBS. remove the ones you're not using or haven't being updated.
Some antiviruses cause troubles. Windows antivirus is safe and clearly good enough, unless you have bad habits downloading programs and visiting sites full of malware.

The Analize button it's on the side of the Copy URL button when you upload a log file.
