Question / Help OBS crashing during streaming at Windows 10

Hello guys. My OBS is crashing all the time after 3-5mins of streaming. Can somebody help me?

Update BIOS and turn off any overclocks.

Not sure if this one includes the problem with the crash since i had to reopen the application in order to copy it. Hope it's helpful.

Will try both (turn off overclocks on CPU and update BIOS) and will get back to you. Thanks for the advice so far.

Seems more stable now. BIOS was up to date so i guess it was all about OC on my CPU.
