Question / Help OBS crashing during recording/streaming.

I've recently started having an issue with OBS with a new install of windows where it would crash while I'm recording or streaming. I haven't encountered this before and only recently started happening after having to reinstall windows.

Trying to find out what I can do to fix this issue.
