Bug Report OBS crashing due to "bad image"

When i try to add a video capture device it gives me this error kswdmcap.ax is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. if i click ok it pops up 15 more times until it finally goes away. Then after it goes away it acts like it works and it stays checked and on the list. But if i try to stream it gives the same error 15 times and then projects a huge red square on the stream. It says open Broadcaster software v0.522b: OBS.exe - Bad Image. Please help i have looked and looked for a solution but none have helped

You should uninstall whatever codec pack / driver that kswdmcap.ax is from. In a pinch you can just search your drive and delete the file.
