Question / Help OBS crashing Display Driver

So whenever I try to preview my stream or go live my video card crashes after a while. Usually within a minute or so. It seems to only happen whenever I add minecraft as a game. I'd appreciate any help in getting this to work, I'd love to start streaming with obs sooner rather than later :).

EDIT: Meant my Display Driver, not video card.

Isn't that a really old driver version? Make sure it's up to date.

Is it? hmm.. I thought everything was, I'll double check it to make sure though.
