Question / Help OBS Crashing (Disconnecting?) Often

My OBS has recently started crashing quite often, sometimes it will just turn off the stream and restart but other times the entire program will freeze altogether after the error message appears. I can't seem to force a crash by using specific scenes it's just random.

A side note, I recently had a problem where my feed on twitch.tv went offline even though OBS was reporting no issues or dropped frames, I had to turn the stream off and on to get it live again. Not sure if that's of significance just figured I'd mention it.

Log is too large to post so here's the link to the most recent crash. https://gist.github.com/14a411fe04e2322ae942
Previous crash from the other day. https://gist.github.com/021158d12be83a813cfe

I've used the log analyzer and had 3 errors.
1. Multiple video cards detected - I don't have SLI enabled
2. Slower preset in use - This is the preset I've always used and my CPU handles fine so I doubt it is the problem.
3. Slow sources detected - All of the major things like my capture card, webcam etc are global sources, often times the crash occurs when I've been on the same scene for an hour + so I don't think this should be a factor.

I renamed the thread a bit, because a crash implies critical program failure, where disconnection implies a disconnection, and is not technically any sort of critical failure on the part of your computer or any software. It is simply caused by the server or internet connection at some point deciding that the connection must be terminated, which can be due to various reasons, such as trying to send out more data than you can handle at once, or the server deciding that your data is having issues (such as too many frame drops, which can happen with twitch)

There is a known issue where if you are sending out way too much data than you can handle, that the program will freeze when you try to stop it, and then sometimes crash because of that stall taking too long.
