OBS Crashing before starting Windows 10

I click the shortcut on my desktop to open obs and it has crashed every time.
The 09-06-55 is the first report this morning before updating my GPU Games Ready Driver and Nvidia Studio Driver for my rtx 3070
I restarted my system and did more research that looks like a year ago it was something to do with the hardware being unstable? I got this computer and did a clean install of obs in January of this year... a friend was telling me it might just need a completely new clean install of obs.. It was working perfectly fine Sunday 03/13 during my last stream.

11-48-35 is the newest and recent crash report. It looks like it was in Thread 1bc0...could a plugin be to blame?

Did you update your streamfx plugin yet?

I did, I updated the StreamFx and StreamElements live obs plugins
