OBS Crashing at startup for app (safe mode)

Hey there so my OBS recently started crashing, first when I tried adding a new image source for stream overlay and now it wont even open regardless of safe mode or. I coped the crash report here OBS Crash report
 
This can happen if you add an image that's too big for your GPU to properly load as a texture. Try renaming the image you added so OBS doesn't keep trying to load it, then resize it (< 4096 pixels is usually a safe bet) before adding it to your scene.
