Question / Help OBS Crashing after Windows 10 Forced Update

All was mostly well until my windows 10 crashed then it updated now my OBS does not want to work (Twitch). it will run at 0-3000 Bit rate (it is set too 2500) or it will just crash. I have changed servers, lowered the bit rate, tested it on Youtube streaming, all my gear is new. I have a 2000$ PC I built, and new router and modem with 100/5-10mbps. Any one have any ideas what is wrong? Because I cant find it D:

And the actual crash log?
If it's not actually crashing (an actual crash will come up and say so in the window that pops up) and simply disconnecting from the stream STOP CALLING IT A CRASH.
